Just a little update,
The surveyors were here again and pegged next doors land so that they now can put up the new fence. Theirs and our land was some 13 mtrs further than estimated, what means: more terrain to keep up.
In the meantime Matt our neighbour has cut most of a huge elm on our land down, it being a nuisance. The big pine near it will become a feature of our new home.
